I have to share this one (because it is mine). I don’t know where this teacher is now (he left my school when I was in tenth grade) but I appreciate everything he did to help me through Algebra I. Math had always been my worst subject. However, I managed a B in his class (that’s the highest grade I ever got in math) because he constantly encouraged me. He helped me before school and during class. Also, with all the information I know about teaching now, he had great and creative classroom management skills.
